There are many changes occurring in your body during pregnancy - that’s why my private pilates sessions are designed to support you and your little one through your pregnancy journey.

Practicing Pilates during pregnancy helps to:

  • improve your pelvic floor health,

  • strengthen your legs and improve your balance,

  • build hip stability and strength,

  • strengthen and stretch your arms and upper back,

  • reduce lower back pain,

  • and most importantly, keep you moving and exercising during your pregnancy so you can feel good.

All the things your body needs to support you during your pregnancy and beyond.

How to train with me

I offer a few options for you to train with me during your pregnancy journey.

  • If you are in your 1st trimester you are welcome to attend any of my group classes including both Pilates and yoga.

  • If you are in your 2nd and 3rd trimester I recommend private training so you can work with me 1:1 on a personalised pregnancy program specifically designed for you and your goals. Unfortunately a majority of the group class matwork exercises are not suitable for this stage of pregnancy.

Under the right guidance Pilates can be the perfect exercise for the new mum to be.
