Group Pilates & Yoga classes

Join our group classes for a welcoming and supportive community, personalised support and attention. Improve your strength, increase your flexibility and build confidence in your body.

Group Classes

Recharge after work with one of my evening group classes or join me on a Saturday morning to begin your weekend feeling energised! My classes are suitable to beginners and options are given for all exercises so that you can practice at your own pace. If you have an old injury that’s causing you pain or you’re currently seeing a physiotherapist for an injury I recommend that you begin with Private Pilates - click here.

My classes are run at Baker’s House in Harrisdale, bring your own mat and bookings are essential.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are intelligently linked together postures and vinyasa sequences to guide you into a deep movement practice. Yoga teaches you to breathe deeply, become more mindful in movement and develops presence in your mind and body - all of which extends into your life.

Pilates

The Pilates method is designed to target your core as well as providing you with a full body movement experience. Our Pilates classes strengthen and tone your muscles, improve your posture while increasing flexibility and balance that unites your mind and body.

VINYASA YOGA:

TUESDAY 6.30 - 7.30PM

During your practice you’ll experience slow flowing Vinyasa movement sequences. You’ll stretch, strengthen and practice balance postures. Finishing each class with relaxation.

PILATES FLOW:

WEDNESDAY 6.30 - 7.30PM

The perfect class for our regular Pilates and yoga goers. It's an empowering and energising matwork class. We’ll continuously move and flow using our breath to deepen our practice. Build strength, improve your flexibility and balance.

VINYASA YOGA: THURSDAY 6.00 -7.00PM

During your practice you’ll experience slow yet challenging and flowing movement sequences. You’ll stretch, strengthen and practice balance postures. Finishing each class with relaxation.

PILATES FLOW: SATURDAY 8.30 - 9.30AM

The perfect class to end your busy week. A slower paced class combining both strengthening and stretching exercises. You’ll reduce stress, improve your flexibility and start your weekend feeling energized.

ARE YOU PREGNANT?

Practicing Pilates & yoga during pregnancy helps you to stay strong, supple and fit for your birth and beyond.

  • If you are in your 1st trimester you can attend any of my group classes.

  • If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester you can attend Private Studio sessions.
