Purchase Policy.
SOUL FLEXIBLE SERVICE & PRODUCT TERMS & CONDITIONS

We have a Purchase Policy in place outlining our terms and conditions for both our group classes and private sessions, as well as products to ensure everything is run smoothly for both our staff and our clients.
Cancellation Policy Group classes:
Our cancellation policy for group classes is 3-hours prior to the class start time. To avoid losing your full class payment cancellations must be completed before this timeframe.
New client intro offer:
A fee of $12 will be automatically charged to your registered credit card for no shows and late cancellations. Due to the nature of our business being intimate and small classes, this fee is now charged.
Cancellation Policy Private sessions:
Our cancellation policy for private sessions is 12-hours prior to session start time. Full fee is payable after the 12-hour cancellation timeframe.
Group Class & Private Session Casual Packages Expiry Date Policy:
Classes and private session passes must be used within the allocated expiry date timeframe,. We do not offer refunds for passes that have been unused.
If you have been ill or injured and therefore unable to attend a class get in touch with us in a timely manner. Each person’s circumstances will be considered individually and an extension may be offered if reasonable notice has been provided to us. A doctor’s certificate may be required. No refunds are available for passes not used within the time-period.
Keep in mind that classes and private sessions are not always run when we are taking a break or over the Christmas period or on holiday. We suggest pre-booking all your classes and sessions to ensure your passes are used within these parameters set out above.
Location of your package expiry date:
Your expiry date of your purchase is included on your SOUL FLEXIBLE RECEIPT that is emailed to the address you registered with following your purchase.
All memberships:
Our memberships offer a discounted class and private training rate for clients who wish to attend weekly sessions.
Membership payments are directly debited from your nominated account until the full amount is paid off. As soon as the full membership amount has been paid, your direct debit will automatically cancel (no more payments will be taken from your account).
Membership payment declines:
When a payment is declined you’ll receive an automated email advising you of the decline and steps to rectify the payment. If your membership declines regularly Soul Flexible has the right to cancel or pause your membership until outstanding monies have been paid.
Membership expiry date:
Your membership comes with an expiry date which encourages you to be consistent with your practice while offering you discounted class and session rates. Your expiry date of your purchase is included on your SOUL FLEXIBLE RECEIPT that is emailed to the address you registered with following your purchase. Passes cannot be used outside the expiry date and no refunds or extensions can be given for unused passes.
Memberships and holidays:
If you are planning to go on holiday please email us an extension request with ample notice. Email to hello@soulflexible.com.au
Refund & Return Policy:
Services
We do not offer refunds for no shows, late cancellations, passes not used or change of mind purchases. If you’ve made a purchase in error refunds are available minus the Stripe processing fees. Any purchases made through Eventbrite will be based on the Eventbrite refund policy.
Product
We generally do not offer refunds so please choose carefully. In the case of incorrect supply, faulty or damaged items, we will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item as soon as possible. Pilates grip socks may only be returned if faulty for exchange unworn with all tags intact.
Injuries in group classes:
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose past and current injuries to our instructors. When a modification, optimization or variation is given due to an injury it’s important each client follows these instructions to avoid further injury. If we feel you are at high risk of further injury we may require you to attend private sessions to rehabilitate your injury or we may refer you to a Health Care Professional for further diagnosis and treatment. Please respect our recommendation as your health is our priority.
Online Videos, Tutorials and App:
You are required to obtain approval or permission from your health care professional (physiotherapist, chiropractor, doctor for example) before beginning any and our online exercise program and classes if you have an injury or are pregnant. You understand that physical exercise can be strenuous and can expose you to the risk of serious injury. We therefore urge you to obtain a physical examination from your health care professional before participating in any exercise activity.
You voluntarily accept and assume any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with Your Use of the Site and our Services including, without limitation, the risk of physical or mental or emotional injury, minor and/or severe bodily harm, death, and/or illness, which arise by any means, including, without limitation: acts, omissions, recommendations or advice given by us.
