Private Session
Your private session is kind of like personal training, but instead we use the Pilates method. Your session will be uniquely tailored by me, your instructor, and highly specific to your individual requirements and goals.
You’ll use the full Pilates exercise system incorporating floor work (matwork) and spring-based apparatus (reformer, cadillac and chair).
At each step of the way, I’ll be on hand with constant attention and guidance to help you enhance precision and performance within your Pilates session.

Our Initial Consultation (IC) is designed with all new clients in mind. Book in your consultation if you are brand new to my private Pilates training. During your consultation we get to know each other, I teach you the basics and learn more about your goals, injuries and posture so that I can design a program specific to your needs!
Private Studio Prices

Choose from a membership or a casual package. Memberships are perfect if you’d like to attend consistently each week. Casual packages are more suitable for those who need flexibility with their training schedule.
Duet Session
Your duest session is conducted with a maximum of two participants. Shared instruction lets you work through your own personalised program, just as you would in a private session, with close supervision and guidance to achieve your goals.
And don't worry about finding a partner—simply book your spot, and if no one else joins, your session will automatically convert to a 45-minute private session at no extra cost.
Private Duets encourage autonomy which builds self-discipline and movement confidence in your own practice.
NOTE: all new members to Soul Flexible must begin with an Initial Consultation or Intro Package before joining duets.

“I have been taking private classes with Jodie for seven months. I was diagnosed with posterior tibialis tendinopathy and in need of strength training post physiotherapy.
